Dr. Randy A. Raaum (a.k.a. Randy Allen) was a graphic designer, and his work has been published in several newspapers. He created many different comic strips before finding the inspiration to create Toby.
Randy has fourteen kids (who are a great source for cartoon ideas), and he has been a pastor for 25 years. He has also worked as a college professor, a seminar speaker, and an author. The Toby comic strip combines humor, creativity and thoughtful storytelling to entertain readers of all ages!
