Dr. Randy A. Raaum, also known as Randy Allen, is the creator of Toby Comic Strip. His background in graphic design, teaching, ministry and storytelling shaped a comic world filled with humor and meaningful observations.
His work has appeared in several newspapers, and he created many comic-strip concepts before finding the inspiration that eventually became Toby.
